摘要:

目前甲状腺相关性眼病(thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy,TAO)的病因及发病机制仍不确定,同时缺乏模拟人类TAO疾病的动物模型。促甲状腺激素受体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor,TSHR)与胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(insulin\|like growth factor-1 receptor, IGF-1R)高表达、免疫细胞及细胞因子激活反应等多因素协同作用可能引起TAO发病;环境和肠道微生物菌群可能诱导TAO动物模型免疫反应的异质性;TSHR质粒体基因免疫电击法建立TAO动物模型,为TAO发病机制和治疗药物研究奠定基础。(国际眼科纵览,2019, 43: 421-425)

Abstract:

The etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid associated ophthahnopathy (TAO) is unclear.Due to the lack of animal models that mimic human TAO disease in a real sense, the research and clinical application of potential therapies based on new theories of pathogenesis are limited. In recent years, it is generally believed that overexpression of thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) and insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R), immune cells and cytokine activation response are the main synergistic factors that cause TAO. Environment and gut microbiome may induce the heterogeneity of immune response in TAO animal models. TSHR plasmid gene immunoelectric shock method established TAO animal model could lay the foundation for the study of TAO pathogenesis and therapeutic drugs.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2019, 43: 421-425)
